You have to look in the FAQ to see that the latest version now requires Windows 2000 or higher. Winamp 5.51 and 5.52 give a message saying that your version of Windows is 'no longer supported' when you try to install them on 98/ME. Winamp 5.50 installs successfully on 98/ME, but crashes when you try to run it. I found out today that as of version 5.50, Winamp will no longer run on Windows 98(SE) or ME. ![]()
